How can I change my size/style/color on my recent order?

Please note - If your order is part of a Pre-Order Campaign that has ended, we are unable to make any changes because the item is now in production.

If the Pre-Order Campaign is still "live" or you ordered a Retail item that hasn’t yet shipped, a member of our Customer Support Team will be happy to help! Send an email to  support@thesociallife.com with the following information:

  1. Order Number
  2. Product Name (if you ordered more than one item),
  3. New Size / Color.
