How do I return my order?
Depending on the item purchased, your order may be eligible for return. Please see our official policy below for clarification:
NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY for most retail products. Most Retail Products are available for exchanges or returns (for store credit only). If you would like to request an exchange or return, please contact our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Domestic customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to The Social Life for the exchange. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to The Social Life for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country. Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at the sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of the sale. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS.
If we wish to cancel your campaign order, you must email email@example.com 12 hrs before the campaign ends.
Once a campaign has ended, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Pre-Order Campaign products cannot be returned. We sell these products as “Final Sale” because they are custom made to order for each specific campaign, and as such, we do not produce extra or carry excess inventory. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a purchase from a campaign, send us an email and we will do our best to set things right.
