How can I track the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If your order status is currently “Unfulfilled”, it is still in production and you can expect it to ship within the estimated shipping window provided in your confirmation email. 

If your order status says “Fulfilled”, your order is currently on its way to you. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to the email address you entered on your order. This email will include information to track your package. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, but your order status is “Fulfilled," please check your spam or junk folder.
