What does it mean when I approve a final mock?

Approving a final mock refers to confirming everything on your favorite proof is accurate! This includes, garment, order quantity total, design, spelling, and color.

We advise all customers to review proofs on multiple screens, as coloring can vary depending on the screen settings. Once the final mock has been approved by the customer “as is”, no changes can be made to the quantity or design. The order will then be produced and shipped!

If you see anything incorrect, tell your Apparel Specialist immediately and she’ll be happy to correct it! :)
