My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

In the rare event that you receive an imperfect item, thank you for understanding our products are handmade to order and sometimes mistakes happen. Fill out this form and request an exchange for a replacement item and we’ll happily get you a replacement! 

Be sure to select ‘Damaged Item’ as the reason for exchange and upload a photo of the item you received. 

Please report damaged items within 14 days of receiving your order - we will do our best to accommodate reports exceeding that window.
